Andhra Pradesh to develop three ports on its own

The Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to develop three ports in the state on its own. The ports are at Ramayapatnam, Bhavanapadu and Machilipatnam. Although the state government had earlier approached the Centre for funding, it has now decided to go ahead on its own.
