Coimbatore to get new domestic departure building

With the aim of decongesting the exsiting terminal building, the authorites of Coimbatore International airport recently presented the airport economic regulatory authority with a proposal to construct a new domestic departure terminal with swankier interiors. The terminal would be constructed in 10,000 sq ft at about Rs 1.25 bn.
