Construction of Jewar International Airport to begin

The construction of the greenfield Jewar airport is reportedly to commence post election. Of 5,000 hectare, 1,239 hectare is being acquired at present and is expected to be utilised in the first phase. The airport is expected to be operational by 2022-23.
