NHAI plans to raise Rs.400 bn through InvIT

NHAI is planning to raise about Rs.400 bn to monetise its highway assets through an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), following its approval from the Cabinet in December last year. The authority has reportedly identified hundreds of completed road projects, valued at about Rs.600 bn, that could be pooled in and offered to investors through InvIT.
