Railways has developed a reconstruction plan for Jodhpur Railway station that calls for the construction of a new structure that will give passengers an airport-like experience. The Rs.5 billion project’s concept and floor plan have been authorised.
The decision was made due to the station’s increasing passenger volume and the inadequacy of the building and facilities there to handle it. The new tower will be a five-storey cutting-edge edifice that will be designed according to a green building idea and hold top-notch amenities like an airport.
The old structure will be demolished, and construction plans have already been developed.
