The MFCs are said to house multiple amenities like retail and hospitality and hence are expected to enhance passenger experiences at these stations. The bidder will be selected through a transparent online single-stage bidding process (two covers). The developer will be mandated to complete construction at each site and commission the same within two years. The bidder will be permitted to market and sub-lease the built-up area for any legal and lawful activities.
