The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has floated a tender for installing 1,200 MW of Inter State Transmission System (ISTS) connected wind-solar hybrid power plants (Tranche-V) across India. The deadline to submit the bid is December 6, 2021 and tenders will be opened on December 8, 2021. The bidder should present a single tender proposing a minimum quantum of contracted energy of 50 MW and a maximum capacity of 1,200 MW. For every project, the minimum project capacity must be 50 MW.
