Godrej Properties has announced plans to invest – a combination of equity and debt – around `75 bn in the next 12-18 months towards acquiring and developing real estate projects. Having witnessed growth in the housing and commercial real estate segments, the company has a huge presence in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Pune. It had acquired three projects in Q3 FY22. In 2021, the company raised Rs.37.5 bn through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) as a part to strengthen its business.
