Bengaluru Metro’s Phase II- A (Central Silk Board to KR Puram) and Phase II- B (KR Puram to the Kempegowda International Airport), with a total distance of 58.19 km, gets a nod from The Bengaluru Metropolitan Planning Committee (MPC). The estimated cost of both the projects combined is Rs 147.881 billion. Bengaluru’s total metro rail network will be 172 km long post the completion of these two lines.
