Gujarat Apollo to partner with Ammann

Road building equipment manufacturer Ammann will acquire a 70 per cent stake in Indian company Gujarat Apollo Industries’ plant and equipment business for US$ 58 mn. The JV company, Ammann Apollo India will be responsible for the sale of the Ammann product range in the region. Gujarat Apollo will hold the remaining 30 per cent stake in the JV.
