Fitch withdraws Unitech and Parsvanath ratings

Fitch Ratings has withdrawn ratings for two New Delhi-based real estate developers, Unitech and Parsvnath Developers, due to the lack of adequate information. The agency will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for either company and has migrated these companies to the ‘Non-Monitored' category.
