More Indian flights to Middle East, SE Asia

The Union Civil Aviation Ministry has allowed SpiceJet, IndiGo, Jet Airways and other Indian carriers to increase their number of flights to to the Middle East and South East Asia destinations. SpiceJet has huge international expansion plans.
Analysts say that SpiceJet will be the primary beneficiary of the government's decision. IndiGo has got permissions to launch flights to Dubai, and connect Singapore from Kolkata and Chennai.
These flights will be in lieu of flights from Delhi and Mumbai that IndiGo stopped because of aircraft limitations. Jet Airways too, has got permissions to launch a daily flight to Dubai from Kochi.
