Sai Estate Consultants wins Rs 300 crore worth mandate for Lotus Projects

Sai Estate Consultants Chembur (SECCPL), among India’s first RERA complaint real estate consultants, has acquired the sales mandate for Rs 300 crore worth inventory for upcoming large format Lotus Projects in Oshiwara and Versova. Being in affordable housing since seven years, SECCPL has entered into the affordable luxury segment, which will give lifestyle to the buyers at affordable price. The units are comparatively priced as compared to the current market price in Versova, and the project will be ready for possession by September 2020. The project is RERA compliant (RERA ID P51800006403).
 
Sai Estate Consultants does a credibility checklist before taking any developer on board, which includes checking on the market credentials, financial strength, past delivery track record, capacity to manage multiple projects and project approvals as well as credibility to private equity firms.
