After a series of unsuccessful attempts to implement projects on the plot owned by the civic body at Vilappilsala, the mini township scheme is gaining momentum. The city corporation has invited expressions of interest (EoI) from registered structural consultancy firms or consultants to prepare a detailed project report (DPR), including the structural design, of a multi-storeyed building proposed at the mini township. The scope of work includes the preparation of DPR, including a detailed estimate and structural design of a multi-storied residential flat for LIFE Mission having ground plus 10 floors.
