Yugen Golf City Partners Livlong for Wellness Living

Yugen Infra has signed a memorandum of understanding with Livlong to develop an integrated healthcare and wellness ecosystem at Yugen Golf City. The partnership aims to bring healthcare infrastructure, preventive wellness and medical support into the daily living experience of the township.

The collaboration will leverage the capabilities of healthcare providers, including Manipal Hospitals Group, to provide access to preventive healthcare, emergency medical assistance, rehabilitation services, assisted living environments and wellness-led infrastructure.

Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director, Yugen Infra, said the partnership supports the company’s vision of creating an ecosystem focused on health, longevity, community and quality of life. He said Yugen Golf City aims to go beyond upscale residences by integrating luxury with human wellness.

Gaurav Dubey, CEO and Founder, Livlong, said the future of healthcare lies in making wellness and medical support part of daily living rather than a reactive service. He added that the partnership will embed preventive healthcare, assisted living, rehabilitation and emergency care into a planned lifestyle ecosystem.

Yugen Golf City also plans to launch premium residential products designed around wellness, dignity, active lifestyles, personalised care and community experiences for seniors. The company said these products will combine hospitality-style services with access to healthcare and wellness systems.

The partnership reflects a growing shift towards integrating healthcare with urban living infrastructure, as homebuyers and investors show rising interest in preventive health, longevity and quality of life-focused communities.
