Essel Group inks technology transfer pact

Essel Group has inked a technology transfer pact with three German firms for smart cities and green energy projects in India at Hannover Messe, 2015. An MoU was signed with FeCon GmbH to develop 12,500 MW of solar and 4,000 MW of wind energy projects in India, an MoU with Passavant Energy and Environment (PE&E) GmbH was signed for water and wastewater treatment projects and a letter of intent (LOI) with Schneider to develop smart city projects in India.
