AtoB to Acquire India’s LogiPe in Global Fleet Fintech Expansion

LogiPe, a leading Indian fintech specialising in real-time payments and fleet solutions, has announced its upcoming acquisition by AtoB, a global financial services company transforming fleet payments and spend management. The move aims to strengthen AtoB’s worldwide capabilities in delivering next-generation financial services for fleet owners and operators.

Founded in 2022, LogiPe works with over 10,000 fleet owners across India, offering prepaid card-based payment solutions to logistics players such as Bigstock Logistics and Instant Transports. The company pioneered real-time payments and built a vertical operating system (OS) that will now be integrated into AtoB’s global platform.

AtoB, established in 2019, supports thousands of fleets with integrated payments, working capital, and spend management services for freight brokers and transport operators. The acquisition will boost AtoB’s product suite, enabling fleet managers to access flexible credit for essential business purchases such as tyres, spare parts, and insurance.

The partnership will also lead to the creation of a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, aimed at building advanced solutions for global fleet markets.

Mrutyunjay, Founder and CEO of LogiPe, stated, “Joining AtoB provides an opportunity to scale our real-time payment solutions and operating system, delivering greater value to fleet owners and operators across markets.”

Vignan, Founder and CEO of AtoB, added, “LogiPe’s technology and expertise complement our vision perfectly. This partnership will accelerate innovation and expand our global reach.”

The acquisition is in its final stages and expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
