Brokis Planets Mini Debuts in India

Innovative Design Studio has introduced Brokis Planets Mini in India, bringing the Czech lighting brand’s compact pendant lighting collection to the domestic market. The range is designed for standard interiors, including spaces with lower ceilings, tighter volumes, bedrooms and private dining areas.

Designed by Prague-based duo Vrtiška & Žák, Planets Mini is available in three forms: sphere, cone and capsule. The collection retains the geometric clarity and engineering sophistication associated with the broader Planets family.

A key feature of the range is Brokis’ signature counterweight and pulley mechanism, which allows each pendant to be repositioned with one hand. The counterweights are calibrated to the mass of each fixture, helping the lights move smoothly and hold their position without drift.

The system also allows clusters of up to 12 lights to be assembled into unified lighting compositions. This makes the collection suitable for residential, hospitality and dining spaces where lighting arrangements may need to adapt to different uses.

The lights use a round LED panel concealed beneath a matte glass shade to create a soft ambient glow. Matte metal hardware and monochromatic textile cables complete the design, allowing the collection to work across contemporary, mid-century and transitional interiors.

Innovative Design Studio, part of Innovative Design Group, curates premium lighting solutions from global design brands. The studio focuses on lighting that combines art, technology and functionality across interior and architectural spaces.
