Marking its entry into the Mumbai market, Bengaluru-based realty player Puravankara is investing Rs. 450 crore to launch a residential-cum-commercial luxury project in Chembur. This project will have four towers with a total of 233 residential units with 2-,3- and 4-BHK apartments and one tower of 79 commercial units. It covers a 2.25 acre land parcel completely owned by the company. Construction will start in 90 days and completion is scheduled in the next four years.
