Six months post CIDCO closed the financial deal with GVK-led Mumbai International Airport (MIAL), and the state government is yet to approve and finalise the Navi Mumbai airport contract. Following the government’s approval, the letter of award will be given to the contractor, only post which the SPV can be formed.
