India’s top office submarkets across Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bengaluru have found a place in JLL’s Global Premium Office Rent Tracker (PORT) that lists the world’s most premium office submarkets and compares occupancy costs for premium office buildings across the world’s leading real estate markets. The company released the fifth edition of PORT recently that includes 86 office submarkets in 73 cities.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has sought the Centre to allow it to take over the poorly run Gurgaon expressway from the concessionaire. NHAI has also supported the public's demand of doing away with toll collection on the expressway.
To bring a relief to commuters at the Hero Honda Chowk crossing mess on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway, the Union Highways Ministry and Haryana government have agreed to construct a flyover at a cost of Rs 100 crore on the existing highway.
The Haryana Public Works Department (PWD) has stated that the re-carpeting and re-construction of MG Road in Gurgaon will be completed within six months. The heavy vehicular traffic on the stretch was delaying the work, PWD authorities said. The work was taken up last month when Gurgaon and Delhi surburbs were witnessing heavy rains.
Media reports say that now the decks have been cleared for speeding up of the widening of Jaipur-Gurgaon stretch of national highway (NH -8), which has been pending since a long time. Authorities discussed the pending issue on September 10. It is said that consensus has been reached on the issue between officials of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Rajasthan State government.
