5.Jaipur to have two high-level bridges to cut congestion

To reduce congestion and provide better connectivity, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has expedited the process to start the construction work of two high-level bridges in the city. These high-level bridges will be constructed between Gopalpura to Mansarovar and Swej Farm to Sodala. A senior official said that the demarcation work near Swej Farm has been started by the authority at zone level, while, a consultant has been appointed to prepare the design for Gopalpura.

The Rajasthan government has given approval to financial closure for the long pending ring road project in Jaipur and is expected to begin soon. Once the letter is issued by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), the contract company Sanjos Supreme will have to complete work in 21 months. 8.Road repairs to be taken up in Jaipur from mid-September
