MEP Infrastructure Developers has been appointed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the second consecutive term as contractor for toll collection project in Uttar Pradesh, Hapur-Garhmuketeshwar Section of National Highways No. 24, Brijghat Fee Plaza at 88.500 for the section from 58.000 km to 93.000 km for Rs 60.03 crore.

6.MEPIDL achieves financial closure for two HAM projects in Ratnagiri – part of the New-Mumbai Goa Highway project

MEP Infrastructure Developers has successfully completed the financial closure for two of its Hybrid Annuity projects in Ratnagiri (Arawali-Kante section and Kante-Waked section) in accordance with the Concession Agreement executed with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH). The said projects are part of the New Mumbai-Goa Highway project.


7.MEPIDL achieves financial closure for its fifth HAM project

MEP Infrastructure Developers has announced the successful financial closure of its Hybrid Annuity project in Gujarat (Talaja-Mahuva section) in accordance with the Concession Agreement executed with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The said project are a part of the Bhavnagar-Veraval stretch in Gujarat.


8.Under HAM, we already have an order book of close to Rs.4,000 crore

Amount to be raised, and utilisation plans: Having received most of the clearances, we are in the advanced stages of filing our DRHP. As for pending clearances, we are expecting them anytime soon.
