India and Germany signed seleveral MoUs during the recent visit of the Chancellor of Germany to India. Some of these MoU included an arrangement for exchange of personnel between ISRO and German Aerospace Centre, joint declaration of intent on cooperation in the field of civil aviation, joint declaration of intent on cooperation within the International Smart Cities Network, among others.

In a move allowing Delhi to set up a coastal surveillance system radar in Bangladesh, India has recently signed a MoU with the neighbouring state. This will help strengthen the Indo-Bangladesh White Shipping Agreement in the future. India has also provided this system to various other countries.
