1.CIC plans Rs 715 cr sewage treatment plant in Pune

The city improvement committee (CIC) of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has approved a Rs 715 crore project to develop five new STPs and augment capacity of five existing ones to ensure 100 per cent treatment of sew-age before releasing it into the river.
