Mass housing project RPP Infra Projects has won a mass housing project in the Republic of Gabon from the Ministry of Housing. The contract envisages construction of 10,000 houses over 36 month. Coke oven package NMDC has awarded a Rs 1,978 crore contract to Bhilai Engineering Corporation for the entire coke oven package meant for its upcoming 3 mtpa steel plant in Chhattisgarh.
Japanese company, Tama Home has announced the construction of 12-18 projects at an investment of Rs 6,000 crore in partnership with Singapore- headquartered Developer Group. The two companies will jointly build three housing projects.
Ambience Group will invest Rs 1,945 crore over the next four years on two housing projects in Gurgaon and Noida. The company will offer 1,030 apartments. In Noida, it will build 280 flats in the 3.5 acre project ´Ambience Tiverton´ at Rs 465 crore.
Godrej Properties has recently announced a new project at Badlapur in Maharashtra. The company has entered into a development management agreement to develop the property into an affordable housing project, which will comprise 1.3 mn sq ft of saleable area.
