Railway explores options to mobilise resources

At the newly-constituted Advisory Board on financial matters, the Railway Minister discussed options to mobilise resources for rail infrastructure development. Keeping in mind the five year investment target of Rs.8.5 lakh crore, sustainability of the funding model has been the focus.
