As reported, the 125-km line will pass through various prominent places, connecting Devprayag, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, Gauchar, Karnprayag, Dehradun, Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal, Rudraprayag and Chamoli. An amount of Rs.162.16 bn is likely to be spent on this Railways project, which is to be completed by December 2024.
