Indore bags six awards at Smart City Conference


The Indore Smart City Development Limited (ISCDL) got six awards at the Smart City Conference which was organised in Surat on Monday.

Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, congratulated ISCDL executive director Pratibha Pal.

The municipal commissioner and Executive Director of Indore Smart City Development Limited, Pratibha Pal, told the media that Indore received six awards at the Smart Cities Conference held in Surat on Monday.

In all categories, Indore received the first place award. At the Smart City Conference, Indore Smart City Development Limited acquired the first position for overall performance in various categories.

The Indore Smart City received the first Prize for Chappan Dukan in the category Built Environment.

Indore Municipal Corporation also got first prize for Sanitation Municipal Waste Management.

Indore got a prize in the ‘Culture Heritage Conversion Project’ category for Rajwada Palace, Gopal Mandir Complex, Chhatri.

Indore Smart City received first prize in Economic Carbon Credit Financial Mechanism.

Indore also got first prize in the Innovative Idea Award for Carbon Credit Financing Mechanism.
