This phase of the project involves two categories of construction. The second category includes the fabrication of various structural elements like I-girders, pier caps, parapets, T-girders, and L-girders. To support quality and efficiency, dedicated infrastructure such as a quality control lab and a concrete batching lab have been established. Additionally, a concrete waste recycling plant has been set up at the construction yard to minimise environmental impact by repurposing concrete debris.

Launched in July 2024, the second phase aims to enhance metro connectivity towards Infopark, a major IT hub. For viaduct construction, the plan includes the development of 500 U-girders, 580 I-girders, and 354 pier caps. Parallelly, station construction work involves the production of 100 U-girders, 120 pier arms, 400 T-girders, and 200 L-girders.

The structured approach and the establishment of dedicated support facilities are expected to contribute significantly to the timely completion of the project, while also aligning with sustainable construction practices.
