AMPIN Energy Transition Secures $50 Million Investment from Siemens

AMPIN Energy Transition has received a $50 million equity investment from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG, to expand its renewable energy portfolio in India.

This marks AMPIN’s third major investment this financial year, bringing its total equity capital raised in 2025 to $270 million and pushing its overall equity capital to nearly $700 million, supporting a $4 billion capital deployment for renewable energy projects.

With a 5 GWp portfolio across 22 states, AMPIN operates in both commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility-scale renewable energy sectors. Its projects integrate solar, wind, and energy storage, catering to both utility and C&I customers. Headquartered in New Delhi, the company also has regional offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata and is backed by institutional investors from Europe, Asia, and North America.
