The lease was formally registered in February 2025 with stamp duty and registration charges amounting to Rs. 39,000 and Rs. 1,000 respectively.

Square Yards also reported that the Chopras originally purchased the property in August 2017 for Rs. 560 million. Based on the current lease terms, the first-year rental yield stands at 4.8% and is projected to increase to 5.86% by the fifth year.
