Each of the six double-decker buses was procured at a cost of 2 crore rupees. While commuters have expressed appreciation for the comfort and convenience offered by these double-decker buses, they have voiced their frustration over the infrequent service and the absence of a fixed schedule, which render them unreliable for daily commuting. In fact, during an inspection by TOI (Times of India), it was revealed that many passengers on board were riding these buses for the first time.

Manikanta K, an employee at a corporate hospital in Gachibowli, shared his experience, saying, "I usually rely on TSRTC buses for my daily commute, but as I couldn't find one, I decided to board this bus. If these buses become a regular sight, it would greatly benefit us, as I can reach Gachibowli X Roads directly." Another passenger, Sahithi Reddy, an IT professional who boarded the bus at Mindspace, added, "Typically, I alight from the metro and opt for an auto or cab to reach my office. However, today, I noticed the bus and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, and I hope these buses become more frequent."

The underutilization of these electric double-decker buses highlights the need for improving their frequency and establishing a reliable schedule to encourage greater ridership among Hyderabad's commuting populace.
