Gensol Engineering's Solar EPC India appoints a new CEO.
Shilpa Urhekar was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Solar EPC (India) by Gensol Engineering Limited. She takes over for Ali Imran Naqvi, who is moving into a supervisory position for Gensol and its affiliates.
Previous to this, Urhekar was employed by Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. as Country Head (India), where she handled multi-gigawatt solar EPC projects throughout India and oversaw the successful bidding and implementation of 6 GW of renewable energy projects.
