NBCC Wins Rs 646.7 Million Orders Across Education Projects
NBCC (India) Limited has secured fresh infrastructure orders worth Rs 646.7 Mn, strengthening its position in the educational infrastructure sector. The contracts span three projects across Delhi, Hyderabad and Odisha, awarded by state government departments and educational institutions.
The largest order, valued at Rs 296.5 Mn, involves the construction of a hostel block at Sewa Bharti’s Vidya Mandir in Mandoli, Delhi. Another major project is the infrastructure development at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, worth Rs 180.5 Mn. The third order, worth Rs 169.7 Mn, pertains to developmental works for Dhamnagar College in Bhadrak, Odisha.
These wins underline NBCC’s growing footprint in the public sector infrastructure domain, particularly in the education segment. Although such orders form part of the company’s regular business activities, they highlight continued momentum in project acquisition.
Earlier in March, NBCC signed a memorandum of understanding with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited for consultancy and redevelopment projects. With this collaboration, NBCC targets revenue of Rs 50 Bn for the financial year 2025–26.
NBCC expects to maintain a stable earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation margin of 5.5 to 6 per cent for FY25, as stated by Chairman and Managing Director K P Mahadevaswamy.
