NH-352W Gurugram-Pataudi-Rewari Highway Set for Dec Completion

The 45-kilometre National Highway-352W connecting Gurugram, Pataudi and Rewari is now expected to be completed by December 2025, after a delay of over two years. Developed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the project began with a budget of approximately Rs 10 billion.

The highway starts at Sector-84 on the Dwarka Expressway, passes through Wazirpur village and joins the Gurugram-Pataudi Road towards Rewari. To ease traffic, the plan includes 25 flyovers and underpasses. Currently, around 66 per cent of the work is complete.

Progress has been delayed due to several issues, including six high-tension electricity lines—four managed by Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, one by Delhi Development Authority Land, and another by Bhakra Beas Management Board. A court stay has prevented removal of one-line, stalling work on a key six-kilometre stretch.

Additional setbacks include pending demolition of a rain drain near Sector-84 by Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran and delayed approval from the Railway Department for an underpass at Pataudi. A key flyover connecting NH-352W to the Dwarka Expressway is only 40 per cent complete.

Officials confirm efforts are ongoing to resolve these hurdles and meet the December deadline.
