Om Logistics acquires ICD Bawal for Rs 1.1 Bn


Om Logistics has acquired the Inland Container Depot (ICD) Bawal, a multimodal logistic hub situated on more than 20 acres of land in Haryana, for Rs 1.1 billion.

Raghav Singhal, the company's executive director, mentioned that this acquisition would allow Om Logistics to broaden its PAN India operations, decrease average transit times, and enhance supply chain management.

The facility includes two automated rail lines, a 30,000 sq ft custom-bonded warehouse, and the capacity to handle 5,000 containers of EXIM cargo monthly.
