Piramal Funds Hyderabad Villa Project


Piramal Capital & Housing Finance has committed a substantial investment of nearly ?3 billion towards the ambitious villa development project spearheaded by Cybercity Builders & Developers in Hyderabad.

Cybercity Developers, in a strategic move, acquired land from Phoenix Group, a notable real estate entity. Notably, one of Phoenix Group's subsidiaries had previously procured the land from Gulf Oil India, a prominent company under the Hinduja Group umbrella.

The investment from Piramal Capital not only underscores confidence in Cybercity's project but also reflects the growing attractiveness of Hyderabad's real estate market. With a focus on upscale villa developments, this venture is poised to cater to the evolving demands of discerning homebuyers in the region.
