Table Space earns ‘Great Place To Work’ certification

Table Space Technologies, a leading managed workspace solution provider for enterprises in India, has been officially certified as a Great Place To Work® by the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. This certification underscores the company’s commitment to nurturing an inclusive, high-trust, and purpose-driven workplace.

Regarded as a gold standard for identifying exemplary workplaces, the Great Place To Work® Certification is based entirely on employee feedback. The assessment begins with the Trust Index Survey, which evaluates employee perceptions across parameters such as credibility, fairness, pride, respect, equity, communication, and collaboration. Table Space achieved an impressive 96 per cent average across all statements — one of the highest scores among Indian companies.

Commenting on the achievement, Karan Chopra, Chairman and Co-CEO, Table Space, said, “At Table Space, we’ve always believed that sustainable growth begins with hiring the right people and fostering the right culture. Earning the Great Place To Work® Certification reflects our people-first mindset and reinforces our belief that culture is core to our business.”

Dimple Bakshi, Chief Human Resources Officer, added, “This achievement reflects the amazing culture we’ve built together — one rooted in trust and collaboration. We are committed to building a workplace where every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute meaningfully.”

The company has introduced several initiatives to promote employee engagement and personal growth. These include leader-led learning, real-time feedback mechanisms, and coaching-driven development, supported by data insights to monitor trends and adapt policies. A strong framework of employee-centric policies — including anti-bullying measures, role clarity, inclusive leave policies, and opportunities for advancement — further supports a safe and respectful work environment.

As of March 31, 2025, Table Space’s team has grown to over 700, with more than 450 new hires in the past year alone. The company continues to actively recruit talent for roles across multiple locations in India.
