Greenply Industries is witnessing increasing adoption of its premium plywood product, Club 700, across luxury residential and high-end commercial projects as demand grows for materials that combine aesthetics with structural performance and safety.

Positioned in the premium plywood segment, Greenply Club 700 is offered with a lifetime warranty and is designed for demanding interior applications. Built with a Gurjan full-core panel, the plywood incorporates fire-retardant, boil-proof, waterproof, and low-emission technologies to ensure durability and indoor safety.

The product is engineered to delay the spread of fire, resist moisture damage and withstand termite, fungus and borer attacks. Greenply said Club 700 also supports indoor air quality through low-emission construction and offers a calibrated surface finish suitable for premium interiors.

According to the company, controlled load-bearing tests conducted at its manufacturing facility showed Club 700 panels withstanding compressive loads of up to 3,000 kg without sagging or buckling.
