Shri P. M. Prasad, Chairman of Coal India Limited (CIL), inaugurated the COALRR Web Portal for Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), marking a significant step in the company’s digital transformation.

The portal will streamline the digitisation of land records and make the distribution of Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) benefits fully web-based. COALRR is designed to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and accessibility, aligning with CIL’s commitment to innovation and the Digital India Mission.

The launch event was attended by CIL Director (Marketing) Shri Mukesh Choudhary, Director (Finance) Shri Mukesh Agrawal, Director (Technical) Shri Achyut Ghatak, Shri Girish Gopinathan Nair, Director (Technical) P&P, ECL, and senior ECL officials. Shri Satish Jha, CMD of ECL, participated virtually.
