MCL Sets Record Single-Day Coal Dispatch

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has congratulated the team at Lingaraj Area for setting a new benchmark in operational performance. On 19 January 2026, the team recorded the highest-ever single-day coal dispatch through the FMC Silo, moving 58,116 tonnes of coal via 16 rakes.

This achievement represents an increase of 18 per cent compared with the previous year, underscoring MCL’s sustained focus on productivity, teamwork and operational efficiency.
