Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited (Accord Transformer & Switchgear) has received two purchase orders from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (Megha Engineering) for the supply of transformers aggregating Rs 96.91 million (mn) including GST. The orders, placed under two purchase order references, comprise amounts of approximately Rs 18.10 mn and Rs 78.80 mn respectively. The company indicated the orders were received in the ordinary course of business and disclosed the matter under Listing Regulations. The announcement was submitted to the stock exchange in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The orders consist of commercial supplies of 11 kV and 22 kV power sub?station transformers to support electric vehicle charging station development projects. The aggregate quantity is 17 transformers, configured as 15 x 2000 kVA and two x 2500 kVA across the two purchase orders. Price is firm and fixed with 100 per cent payment through an irrevocable 60?days Usance Letter of Credit. Delivery lead time is six to eight weeks from manufacturing clearance or drawing approval and pre?dispatch inspection and testing apply.
