APM Terminals Flags Off Train For Jaipur Solar Project

APM Terminals Pipavav on Monday announced the successful launch of a dedicated block train service carrying general-purpose containers from Pipavav Port to the Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Kanakpura, Jaipur, to support an industrial solar project in Rajasthan.

The cargo, shipped from Malaysia aboard the vessel ONE MARVEL (V-0079W), arrived at Pipavav Port and was transported to Jaipur ICD through a single train movement, ensuring an efficient and seamless logistics operation.

The end-to-end delivery was executed in collaboration with Ocean Network Express (India) Pvt Ltd, Fast Forward Logistics India Pvt Ltd, Seven Seas Lines SDN BHD, and CONCOR, underscoring a strong multi-agency partnership in sustainable logistics.

“This train movement highlights the strength of our integrated logistics ecosystem. We are proud to have enabled this critical solar energy project by offering a reliable and efficient end-to-end logistics solution connecting Malaysia to Rajasthan through Pipavav Port,” said Girish Aggarwal, Managing Director, APM Terminals Pipavav.
