NTPC Renewable Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC, is seeking bids for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) package to establish 650 MW grid-connected solar projects in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The deadline for bid submissions is December 12, 2023, with bid openings scheduled for the same day.

The project's scope entails comprehensive tasks such as design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packaging, transportation, unloading, storage, installation, testing, and commissioning. This also includes the provision of solar modules.

Bidders are required to pay Rs 22,500 ($270) for the bidding document. Additionally, each bid submission must be accompanied by a bid security. For a single block (325 MW), the bid security amount is Rs 200 million ($2.4 million), whereas it is Rs 500 million ($6 million) for two blocks (2X325MW).
