Dharan Infra Wins Rs 2.15 Billion Solar EPC Contract

Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd announced on Saturday that it has signed an agreement worth Rs 2.15 billion with Skymax Infrapower to set up a 75-megawatt (MW) solar power project in Maharashtra.

The deal, executed through its wholly owned subsidiary Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd, covers the complete design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the 75 MW Alley Solar Project, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

The solar project will be spread across nine sites in the Nanded district of Maharashtra and is scheduled for completion between FY 2025–26 and FY 2026–27. Dharan Infra clarified that the transaction is a non-related party agreement conducted in the ordinary course of business.

This marks Dharan Infra’s second major contract from Skymax Infrapower. Earlier, on 31 August 2025, the company had secured engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts worth Rs 11.71 billion from Skymax for infrastructure development and renewable EPC works at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.

Additionally, Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd has recently been awarded EPC contracts aggregating to Rs 2.62 billion for developing grid-connected solar power plants aimed at solarising segregated agriculture feeders at distribution substations across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh.

The latest agreement with Skymax reinforces Dharan Infra-EPC’s growing presence in India’s renewable energy infrastructure segment and aligns with its strategic focus on executing large-scale solar and green energy projects nationwide.
