Dhoot Transmission Group, a leading player in the auto component industry, has appointed Naveen Kumar as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, he will report to Founder and Managing Director, Rahul Dhoot.

Kumar brings over three decades of senior leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors, with a proven track record in driving growth, operational excellence, and forging global partnerships.

Previously, as Group CEO of Napino Auto & Electronics, he successfully led major organizational transformations, scaled revenues, enhanced operational efficiency, and established a state-of-the-art R&D centre. He also spearheaded strategic joint ventures with global players such as Continental AG and ZF TRW.

Kumar holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and has completed a Senior Management program at IIM Calcutta.
