Gautam Solar, one of India’s leading solar module manufacturers, has received ALMM (Approved List of Models and Manufacturers) and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) approvals for its high-wattage 640 Wp R-Series TOPCon solar modules. With this recognition, the company joins the select group of Indian manufacturers holding both approvals for 640 Wp modules.

The 640 Wp R-Series modules deliver exceptional efficiency and energy yield, making them ideal for EPCs and developers focused on maximising land utilisation and returns. Designed for next-generation solar plants, the modules offer advanced N-type TOPCon technology, superior power density, and up to 23.69 per cent efficiency — positioning them among the highest-performing modules in their category.

Key benefits include reduced Levelised Cost of Energy (LCOE), optimised Balance-of-System (BOS) costs, and enhanced performance under high-temperature conditions. These modules are particularly suited for ground-mounted and utility-scale solar projects where yield, reliability, and long-term bankability are critical.

Gautam Solar will showcase the 640 Wp R-Series modules at the REI Expo 2025, scheduled from 30 October to 1 November at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida (Hall 11, Booth R-312).
