Genedge Renewables has invited expressions of interest for the supply of module mounting structures (MMS) for a 340.20 megawatt peak (MWp) ground-mounted solar photovoltaic project being developed for Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited in Gujarat. The EOI seeks experienced, technically qualified and financially sound manufacturers capable of meeting utility-scale requirements for a large-scale solar installation. The requirement reflects the scale of the project and its need for robust structural supply chains.

The invitation aims to identify manufacturers able to undertake manufacture, fabrication, galvanisation or Galvalume coating, supply, packing, transportation and delivery of the required MMS. Submissions must demonstrate adherence to the buyer’s technical specifications, approved engineering drawings and the bill of materials, and must meet defined quality standards and scheduled delivery timelines to ensure timely component availability. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate quality control procedures and capacity to meet bulk delivery schedules.

The selected supplier will be responsible for providing fixed-tilt MMS together with all associated structural components and hardware to support long-term plant performance and reliability. Interested companies are required to submit both technical and commercial expressions of interest supported by a comprehensive company profile, details of manufacturing facilities and production capacity, copies of quality certifications, financial credentials and evidence of previous experience on similar projects. The documentation is intended to enable technical evaluation and commercial comparison of bids.

Genedge has specified that EOIs should be submitted by email to amitkumar@genedge.in and that the last date for submission is August seven, 2026. The EOI process is expected to help Genedge identify partners capable of delivering structures in line with project specifications and timelines, marking a further step in the development of the 340.20 MWp GUVNL solar project and the expansion of utility-scale solar infrastructure in the state. Successful selection is intended to align supply capability with construction milestones and commissioning plans.
