Godrej Delivers Blue Ammonia Units to Middle East Plant

Godrej Enterprises Group’s Process Equipment business has delivered key equipment to one of the world’s largest blue ammonia production facilities in the Middle East. The delivery includes four high-pressure heat exchangers and one high-pressure separator made of low alloy steel, collectively weighing nearly 250 metric tonnes, with two units measuring up to 26 metres in length.

These exchangers are designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures, helping optimise energy recovery and efficiency. This strategic move reinforces Godrej’s commitment to supporting global decarbonisation goals and its growing presence in clean energy sectors like hydrogen and ammonia production.

Previously, the company supplied heat exchangers to a major commercial green hydrogen facility in the Middle East. It is also executing orders for blue hydrogen projects in the Americas, further expanding its international footprint in the clean energy ecosystem.

The project highlights Godrej’s advanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities, positioning it as a key partner in complex global energy initiatives."
